About me
I am Franck Borschneck, a French computer scientist passionated by engineering and product design enthusiast who worked in various environnements : a startup, an IT services company, an engineering lab, a hyperscale cloud service provider
Currently, I work at Microsoft as a Senior Customer Success Account Manager. My primary role is to ensure customer success by managing program deliveries and maintaining close relationships with executives from our largest and most complex clients. As a customer advocate, I work with technical, financial, business, sales, marketing, and engineering profiles. I oversee the lifecycle of critical information systems, from the initial idea to operational execution. I am also internal tools referent, advisor and trainer for my peers.
