
About me
I am Franck Borschneck, a French computer scientist passionate about IT strategy, engineering, cloud and AI. I have worked in a variety of industries and environments, including a startup, an IT services company, a research lab, and a hyperscale cloud provider.
Currently, I work at Microsoft within the Customer Success Unit. My primary role is to manage activities carried out by developers, program managers, support engineers, incident managers, and architects, while maintaining close relationships with customer stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives. I oversee the lifecycle of critical information systems, from initial concept to deployment and eventual retirement.
I am particularly interested in areas such as AI Frontier, Digital Transformation, IT Service Management, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering Management.
